United Uptime Services , a fast-growing leader in the petroleum services industry, is looking for experienced, energetic, hardworking Construction Technician Team Lead for Springfield, MO , to assist in the construction of Petroleum fueling infrastructure and EV Charging Stations across the state of Oklahoma .

• Lead a team of experienced and new to industry construction installers
• Work directly with internal and external clients including but not limited to District Managers, Installation Managers, Project Managers, Client Managers and members of the Sales Team.
• Operate heavy equipment:
  Use construction machinery to dig ditches and install various tanks and other fueling equipment.
• Construction tasks:
  Perform a wide range of duties such as busting and re-pouring concrete, framing, mixing, pipe fitting, and finishing
• Install and repair petroleum equipment:
  Underground and above ground storage tanks, gas dispensers, fuel monitoring systems, pumps, and product piping systems

• UST/AST Certification (required)
• Previous leadership experience running a construction crew in the petroleum fueling industry
• Previous petroleum equipment installation – underground storage tanks, above ground storage tanks, piping, spill buckets, dispenser installs, etc.
• Use of hand/power/pneumatic tools as well as but not limited to saws, shovels, rakes, etc
• To frequently lift and/or move 75 - 100 pounds while performing necessary duties
• Work flexible hours and outside in all types of weather
• Work independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, and supervisors)
• Pre-Employment Testing: must pass drug screen, background check, physical, and MVR check.
• High school diploma or GED (required)
