This is a full‑time IT role working Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with varying shifts within business hours,
overtime available
, and nationwide travel leading to eventual relocation in Springfield, MO.

In this IT role, you'll guide a skilled installation crew, oversee copper and fiber projects, coordinate directly with customers and project managers, and ensure quality, safety, and timelines stay aligned while adapting to real‑world challenges and MAC requests that demand experience and judgment.

• BICSI Certified Level 2 copper installer
• BICSI Certified Level 2 Fiber installer
• BICSI Certified Technician
• At least three years of field experience in cabling and fiber installation is preferred.
