Overview
Field Service Technician (Project Management)
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, skilled, and dependable. This position is a Field Service Technician role at our Springfield, MO location (Monday–Friday, Day shift). The person will specialize in the critical and complex troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of Heavy Construction Equipment and associated accessories at customer job sites throughout the area. The successful candidate will be an independent problem solver who is responsive to customers' needs and represents our company in a safe, professional manner.
Responsibilities- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of heavy construction equipment and related accessories at customer job sites.
- Independently diagnose issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Represent the company in a safe and professional manner while servicing customers.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfactory service delivery.
Springfield, MO location;
Monday–Friday day shift.
