• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems with accuracy and care
• Perform high-quality HVAC installations with attention to detail and code compliance
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide expert recommendations
• Represent Plumb-Rite with professionalism, courtesy, and pride
• Collaborate with a supportive, safety-focused team

• Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC service and installation experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliability, honesty, and a commitment to quality workmanship
