Responsibilities- Clinical Research Coordinator’s Main Objective: provide quality, excellent patient care and a great experience for our patients in our clinical research studies.
- Ensure patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience at our clinic.
- Ensure patient visits are completed accurately and efficiently, adhering to all clinical trial protocols 100% of the time.
- Recruitment and enrollment of patients into clinical trials.
- Ensure patients come to and complete their clinical trial visits throughout the study.
- Data entry is timely and accurately entered for clinical visits into multiple online systems.
- Lead and be the main point of contact for Pharmaceutical Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations for all clinical trials.
- Ensure sponsors and clients receive excellent customer service when onsite and maintain clear, constant communication with them offsite.
- Maintain physician trust by being a knowledgeable resource, keeping physicians informed of their schedules and updated on current trial patients and protocols.
- Preferred:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in any patient-facing or customer service position. - Preferred: 2+ years of professional work experience.
- Preferred: B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university, or 2+ years of professional work experience in a healthcare or clinical setting.
- This is an onsite Monday-Friday position.
- Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.

- Ensure client satisfaction is a primary focus and help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
