Inside sales role responsible for supporting telephone and walk‑in customers with rentals of all types of construction/industrial equipment. This position serves as the company’s front line of contact, understanding customer equipment needs, negotiating, and placing orders while maintaining a professional and courteous attitude at all times.

• Develop skills for career growth through an outside sales or operational management career track.

• Use inside sales or customer service skills for steady hours & potential overtime.

• Work with a collaborative team to serve customers.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment.

• Previous equipment rental industry experience.
• Strong customer service & telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.
• Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.

The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.

$20.31 - $24.12 per hour. Starting rate of pay may vary based on position, location, education, training, and/or experience.
