Two Men and a Truck – Springfield is seeking a Customer Sales Representative to join our team during our busy season. This is an in-person, office-based role focused on helping customers through the moving process—from first contact to booked move.

Pay: $17–$19/hour based on experience + performance-based bonuses

Schedule: Part-Time, Seasonal (with opportunity for full-time employment)

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in person and by phone
• Educate customers on services and pricing, guiding them toward the best solution
• Build trust and rapport to convert leads into booked moves
• Accurately enter customer information and maintain organized records
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience from start to finish

• Relevant sales or customer service experience required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-service driven with a relationship-building mindset
• Solid understanding of basic sales techniques (or willingness to learn)
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance incentives
• Dependable, punctual, and well-organized
