RHOMAR is seeking positive, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join its dedicated sales team.
Working at RHOMAR offers an opportunity to build relationships through email, phone and possibly in person at trade shows (we go to about 4 a year). We make life easier for those working in the Deicing, Asphalt, Park or Sewer Industries. Our clients are very important to us--our mission is to make life easier for them with our products which have proven themselves time and time again.
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a salesperson based in Springfield MO. The salesperson will be responsible for generating new leads through outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities to promote RHOMAR's products. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and working collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Our clients are important to us and we treat them with utmost respect. Some of them have been with us for 40 years!
- Basic knowledge of sales strategies, customer relationship management and client needs assessment.
- Self‑motivation with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with customer management software and basic computer skills.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Adaptability and problem‑solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
- High School diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or marketing is a bonus!
