Job Purpose

We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as and Architectural Solutions. This role focuses on consulting with residential and commercial clients, evaluating their needs, and recommending window film, security film, decorative films, and related solutions. Unlike traditional in-store sales roles, this position is primarily mobile, conducting on-site consultations at customer homes and businesses.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients. Through product knowledge and a consultative approach, the Solutions Advisor plays a key role in driving sales, increasing customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to residential and commercial locations to conduct on-site consultations and product demonstrations.
  • Assess customer needs, explain product options, and recommend window films, security films, and architectural coatings tailored to their requirements.
  • Measure windows and prepare detailed estimates for projects, ensuring accuracy in pricing and material selection.
  • Follow up on leads, provide quotes, and close sales through a professional and consultative approach.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of product benefits, energy savings, security enhancements, and aesthetic improvements provided by architectural films.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless scheduling and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, professional vehicle and organized sales materials to ensure preparedness for consultations.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements, regulations, and product innovations through ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements

Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in outside sales, in-home consultations, or a related customer-facing role preferred but not required. Training is available for the right candidate.
  • Experience in window film, construction, home improvement, energy efficiency solutions, or commercial property services is a plus.
Skills:
  • Strong sales and customer service abilities with a consultative approach.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and active listening skills to engage clients and guide them toward the best solutions.
  • Ability to work independently in a mobile sales role, managing appointments, leads, and follow-ups effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple consultations, quotes, and scheduling.
  • Basic measurement and math skills for preparing accurate job estimates.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and digital tools for managing customer interactions and generating quotes.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move around customer locations for extended periods.
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and measuring large glass surfaces as needed during consultations.
  • Ability to lift and handle materials such as product samples, demonstration kits, and sales materials.
Other:
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (company vehicle provided or mileage reimbursement available for personal vehicle use).
  • Willingness to undergo training and certification as needed.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively to support the company’s growth and customer satisfaction.
