What You Will Do
  • Coaching and training Inventory Associates to ensure accuracy.
  • Following a clear, consistent workflow (playbook for success).
  • Leading & engaging the team and acting as the primary point of contact for event‑related concerns.
  • Supporting and executing directives from the Area or District Manager to drive operational excellence and maximize team productivity.
  • Upholding core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation and Teamwork.
Team Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management.
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
  • Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools.
  • Strong focus and attention to detail.
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
  • Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
  • We encourage applicants who have no degree, no experience, military experience, and reliable transportation.
  • Willing to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report and drug screen if required.
  • Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting WIS fleet driver requirements may be required.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, use both hands & wrists for repetitive motions, frequently be in low‑level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching, use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., and frequently travel by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
