Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store to create an appealing shopping environment.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages repeat visits, leveraging your product knowledge and customer service skills
• Maintain visual standards in your assigned sales floor zones
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Contribute to visual merchandising updates, including planogram changes
• Share fashion and music trend information with management and HQ partners
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of store resources
• Assist in maintaining organized stock rooms and a tidy store environment
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals
• Perform any other duties assigned by your Store Leader

• Previous retail experience, especially if you love music and pop culture
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Minimum age of 16 years
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds
