Luxury Client Experience Specialist

Overview

The Vault Luxury Resale is a nationally recognized, second-generation, women-owned company specializing in high-end luxury resale. We are looking for a part-time Luxury Client Experience Specialist who is passionate about helping our customers find their next treasure. You will be a master of the final client experience, expertly handling all transactions from greeting to gratitude. You will manage all aspects of the Point of Sale (POS) system, from opening the terminal to executing flawless payments and meticulously closing out the register at the end of each night.

• Welcome and guide each customer through our curated collections, ensuring they have personal and inviting shopping experience.
• Process transactions smoothly and accurately using our point of sale (POS) system and handle payments with care.
• Build customer relationships by addressing questions and concerns promptly and directing them to the right person for help.
• Keep customers informed about exciting sales, promotions, and special events.
• Properly package customer purchases.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and cash wrap area, ensuring a pleasant environment for both customers and staff.
• Support our team in other key areas, including our Handbag and Jewelry Boutiques, where you will receive training on how to sell luxury handbags and high-end jewelry.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

• At least two years of retail and POS experience, preferably in a specialty boutique or department store.
• A passion for the fashion industry is a plus.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 25 lbs., and comfortable standing for extended periods of time.
• Part-time, in-store position, with 25 to 30 hours per week.
• A commitment to working at least two Saturdays per month.
• Evenings may occasionally be required for special public and private store events.
