Delaware North Sport service is hiring a seasonal Concessions Lead to join our team at Hammons Field in Springfield, Missouri. As Concessions Lead, you will supervise assigned concessions stand(s) and lead team members in delivering excellent guest service.

• Assist with scheduling and training new Cashiers and Lead hires
• Inspect all stands and portables in the assigned area, ensuring all remain clean, sanitized, and safe
• Assist Leads with opening and closing all stands and portables, verify inventory counts at end of shift
• Assist with resolving guest complaints or questions
• Ensure all concessions areas are fully stocked by ordering product and working with the warehouse team
• Assist concessions team members in serving guests as business levels demand

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a food service position required; previous experience as a stand attendant or stand manager preferred
• Must be able to communicate well with guests and team members
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• No high school diploma or GED required

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to lift to 35 pounds
• May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold, depending on the season
