Principal Investigator – Clinical Research (Endocrinology Focus)

Location:

100% On-site (QPS office/lab)

QPS is seeking an experienced Principal Investigator (PI) to lead clinical trials and provide senior oversight across our research portfolio. In this role, you’ll manage your own studies while supporting PRN and Contract PIs, ensuring trials run smoothly, subjects are safe, and data integrity is maintained.

Endocrinology or metabolic expertise is highly valued - especially in areas like diabetes, GLP-1, obesity, or thyroid—offering the chance to apply your specialty in a dynamic clinical research setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee clinical trials in compliance with ICH-GCP and protocol requirements
• Serve as a clinical resource and back-up for PRN and Contract PIs
• Ensure subject safety, informed consent, and regulatory compliance
• Mentor and guide research staff and Sub-Investigators
• Interface with sponsors, IRBs, monitors, and auditors

What we seek:

• MD or DO (Board certification preferred, not required)
• Experience leading or supporting clinical trials
• Strong GCP and regulatory knowledge
• Endocrinology/metabolic experience preferred
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
