Help Prospective Residents Tour, Explore, and Feel at Home

Valiant Group is hiring a Leasing Assistant to support day‑to‑day leasing activities across our residential communities in Springfield. This is an entry‑level, client‑facing role focused on greeting prospects, conducting property tours, and supporting the leasing process from first inquiry to move‑in.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is organized and dependable, and is interested in growing within property management or real estate.

• Greet prospective residents and answer basic leasing questions
• Conduct property and unit tours in a friendly, professional manner
• Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• Assist with rental applications, paperwork, and lease preparation
• Coordinate move‑ins, move‑outs, and scheduling with the leasing team
• Keep unit availability and listing information up to date
• Support resident events and community activities as needed

• Customer service, hospitality, retail, or office experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail‑oriented
• Comfortable learning new systems and software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Prior leasing experience is helpful but not required – training is provided.

• $18-$20 per hour + commission
