What You’ll Do– Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will lead quality initiatives, reduce defects, and optimize quality systems across the plant.
Quality & Process Improvement- Analyze quality data and KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and track quality metrics for products and processes.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA), corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and risk mitigation efforts.
- Manage and submit PPAP documentation to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize tools such as FMEA, SPC, DOE, and 8D for continuous improvement.
- Drive cost reduction and scrap minimization through data‑informed decision‑making.
- Serve as a key liaison for customer quality concerns and resolutions.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in resolving quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Support and improve Engineering Change Notice (ECN) processes.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO and industry standards.
- Maintain and improve document control and QMS documentation.
- Participate in and support internal and external audits.
- Validate processes and product changes to ensure compliance and effectiveness喜欢.
- Train staff on quality best practices, tools, and procedures.
- Lead quality‑focused initiatives that improve reliability, reduce variability, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, audit protocols, and document control.
- Proficiency with quality tools: SPC, DOE, RCA, CAPA, FMEA.
- Certifications such as CQE
, Six Sigma Green Belt

- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
