Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a night shift Emergency Department position requiring an active MO or compact RN license and at least one year of recent ED experience.

• Work in a hospital-based Emergency Department
• Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:00
• 13-week contract assignment
• Cares for a diverse emergency patient population
• RN duties include triage, emergent care, and rapid response in a busy ED setting
• Blocked scheduling may be approved based on facility needs
• Up to 5 days of requested time off are allowed but must be made up during the assignment
• Local candidates within 50 miles have contract and compensation limitations
• After three consecutive 13-week local contracts, staff must take a year break or move to another facility outside the 50-mile radius

• Active MO or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department RN experience
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Certifications must be current and not expire within the first 30 days unless proof of renewal is provided
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number is required;
  Canadian SINs not accepted
