We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate RN or LPN to join our In-Home team. In this nursing role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients by providing high-quality care and support in the comfort of their own home.

- Complete admission assessments and reassessments for In-Home caregiver population.
- Provide nurse visits for adult and senior population:
Taking vitals, medication management, monthly diabetic nails, and labs. - May provide supervisory visits for caregiver services
- Provide instruction/education on medication
- Good time management, detail oriented and self-starter
- Active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of MO
- Home Care experience preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and self-management skills
- Strong and compassionate customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
