Job SummaryJoin a teamwork‑oriented 36‑bed Med‑Surg Cardiac unit with a specialty in vascular surgery postoperative care. Provide high‑quality care to patients after heart and thoracic surgeries while collaborating with surgeons, educators, pharmacists and other disciplines to deliver best outcomes.
Additional Compensation- Up to $15,000 Sign‑On Bonus

Manage patient care for medical and surgical patients, including:
- Assessing patient condition and vital signs
- Administering medications and changing dressings
- Maintaining accurate records
- Providing education and support to patients and families
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program (required);
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred) - Experience: Previous nursing experience (preferred)
- Certifications: BLS within 90 days of hire (required)
- Licensure: RN license active in the state of Missouri (required)
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; effective leadership; strong critical thinking/problem solving; time‑management and flexibility in a multitasking environment
