What You'll Do
- Deliver compassionate, individualized nursing care in a home setting
- Follow and help update the client's plan of care
- Monitor and document client conditions via electronic charting
- Communicate changes in condition to physicians and care team
- Educate and support families and caregivers
- Participate in nurse meetings, training, and quality initiatives
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of Missouri
- Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- A heart for serving and a positive, professional attitude
