Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs the House Supervisor, you will:
- Oversee daily operations of various patient care departments.
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate activities.
- Address issues as they arise to maintain a high standard of care.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Foster a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.
- Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Experience: Minimum of three years in hospital nursing.
- Licensure: Current RN (Registered Nurse) License in the applicable state.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required before starting your first shift.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and five years of hospital nursing experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership, critical thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
