Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a night shift travel assignment on a surgical and medical telemetry unit requiring a MO or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.

• Position is in a hospital setting covering Surgical and Medical Telemetry units including Surgical 3B, Medical 7B, Medical/Surg 3C/3D, Cardiac Med Intermediate 4A, and Surgical 3A
• Patient population includes medical-surgical and cardiac telemetry cases
• Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:00
• 13-week assignment
• Up to 5 days of requested time off allowed but must be made up during the assignment
• Local candidates within 50 miles are subject to specific contract and rate rules
• Local staff may complete up to three consecutive 13-week contracts before a one year separation or transfer is required
• Blocked scheduling may be allowed based on facility needs if stated in advance

• Active MO or compact RN license required at the time of consideration
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in the medical-surgical or telemetry specialty
• No gaps in employment of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment unless renewal documentation is provided
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required
