• 1st Shift (Day): $18.00/hour

• Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Job Type: Full-Time

CMC is seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory Kit Builder to support our production team in building high‑quality commercial modular buildings. In this role, you’ll ensure all components are accurately pulled, organized, and prepared for assembly—keeping production running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and committed to accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

• Pull parts and materials from inventory based on production orders
• Verify part numbers, lot numbers, and quantities for accuracy before kitting
• Assemble and label kits according to production requirements
• Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
• Track and record inventory movement in the ERP System
• Report shortages, damaged items, or discrepancies to the supervisor
• Complete non‑conformance reports when damaged or incorrect items are found
• Support inventory cycle counts and audits as needed
• Follow all safety and quality procedures while handling materials
• Communicate with production staff to ensure timely kit delivery
• Respond promptly to part requests in Teams chat

• Experience in warehouse, inventory, or production environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency for tracking and recording inventory
• Ability to lift and handle materials safely
• Dependable team player with good communication skills
• Willingness to work day or night shift as needed

• Pay: $18.00/hour
