Job Title: Production Manager - Glass Fabrication

Location: Springfield, Missouri

The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the fabrication plant, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. This role is a key member of the leadership team, contributing to the strategic goal of doubling the company's size in the next five years. Success requires a hands‑on leader who embodies our client's Core Values, builds strong teams, and drives continuous improvement.

• Lead daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, scheduling, and inventory.
• Champion a safe, clean, and compliant workplace.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Develop, mentor, and engage team members at all levels.
• Manage plant budgets, control costs, and optimize productivity.
• Drive process improvements and innovation in manufacturing.
• Collaborate with company leadership to achieve growth goals.

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in manufacturing leadership (glass fabrication a plus).
• Proven results in safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement.
