We are seeking a full-time traveling Loader Operator to support our crusher and recycling plant operations. This role is essential to maintaining steady production by safely operating heavy equipment, feeding the crusher, and managing material flow on-site. The position requires regular travel between project locations, specifically between Joplin and Senora, to support recycling plant operations as needed.


Responsibilities
  • Operate wheel loaders safely and efficiently to support crusher operations
  • Feed raw material into the crusher and manage the removal of processed material
  • Maintain organized material stockpiles around the recycle plant
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain equipment and perform basic repairs as needed
  • Follow strict safety protocols required in quarry environments
  • Work collaboratively with other operators and site supervisors to support smooth production flow
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Travel between assigned sites
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Loader experience is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and operate heavy equipment safely
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences
  • Ability to work outdoors in rugged terrain and varying weather conditions
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between multiple job sites as this is a full-time travel position
