- Lead the day‑to‑day operations of a production shift at 3M Springfield, directly supervising operators, lead operators, and trainers.
- Implement and manage daily improvements to meet business Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost goals.
- Determine priorities and assign responsibilities to meet customer needs safely.
- Create an atmosphere of fairness, employee engagement, and accountability.
- Develop crew personnel for future career opportunities or additional responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work any shift.
- High School Diploma or GED (completed and verified prior togenwoord start).
- Two years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
- One year of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
- Experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in chemical operations, extrusion, coating, or converting.
- Experience using Lean Manufacturing tools.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
- Flexibility to work any shift.
Work location: On‑site Springfield, MO
Travel: May include up to 10%

Salary range: $84,595 – $103,394
