Packaging Clerk

We are searching for an experienced Packaging Clerk at our Redline—Springfield, MO facility. Dexter is the premier manufacturer and supplier of axles, suspension, brakes, doors, venting products, trailer parts, accessories, and towing components serving the commercial trailer, RV, heavy‑duty, marine, agriculture, and manufactured housing markets.

• Be able to read and interpret work orders in order to ensure package parts have the correct components.
• Perform various tasks to prepare parts for packaging, e.g., attach labels to cards, wrap wires on magnets, etc.
• Box and label parts with the correct components.
• Utilize proper procedures for receiving merchandise and completing work orders.
• Keep work area in a neat and clean condition.
• Follow all Quality Assurance policies.
• Able to meet or exceed hourly production quotas.
• Operate forklift as needed.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Warehouse/forklift experience.
• Dexter provides on‑the‑job training including safety training, forklift training, and company policy and procedure training.
