• Full responsibility for daily site operations
• Coaching, developing, and leading high-performance teams
• Driving Wash Club sales and customer retention
• Labor scheduling, throughput, and operational execution
• Delivering best-in‑class customer experience
• Running your site like a business—with real ownership

• 2+ years of management experience (operations and direct sales preferred)
• Proven ability to lead teams and hold people accountable
• Comfortable owning results—not just following processes
• Sales‑minded, numbers‑driven, and execution‑focused
• Open availability, including weekends
• Willingness to relocate for a long-term growth opportunity
