As Associate Manager, you work closely with the General Manager and team to drive the success of your Fazoli’s Restaurant, preparing to develop into a future General Manager.

• Recruit, select, hire, train, develop and retain a high-performing team of Associates, leading by example and treating all with dignity and respect.
• Leverage Fazoli’s policies, systems and processes to execute the concept flawlessly, representing the brand at the highest standards.
• Apply business acumen to manage day‑to‑day operations – guest service, sales, marketing, HR, supply chain, administration and facilities maintenance.
• Demonstrate competitive spirit and pursuit of excellence, striving to win and continuously improve every day.

• Leadership experience, with a passion for service‑oriented people and a strong track record of building high‑performing teams.
• Integrity, ability to uphold brand values and operational excellence.
• Business acumen, ideally managing a $1MM+ restaurant or similar business.
