Join Harbor Freight Tools as a Store Manager, leading teams to maximize store performance through talent, operations, and customer experience.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,050 – $97,807.50, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a quarterly bonus.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) plan, paid time off up to 200 hours per year (including PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays), and paid sick time up to 80 hours per year.

Requirements Experience
  • Minimum of two years of retail management experience
Education
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred, or high school graduate/equivalent
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds
  • Requires standing and moving for an entire shift
  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist
  • Ability to climb up and down a ladder safely
  • Potential forklift certification and operation required
Availability
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends as needed
  • Regular attendance is essential
  • Some travel may be required
