Material Handler

ESFM is the corporate Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) division of Compass Group USA and a Keystone member of the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).

We have an opening for full‑time MATERIAL HANDLER positions.

Location: Kraft Heinz Springfield – 1951 East Meadowmere Street, Springfield, MO 65804.

Schedule: Full time schedules. Sunday through Thursday nights; hours may vary; more details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous forklift experience is preferred.

Perks: Willing to train.

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour to $17.50 per hour.

Summary: Collects, transports, and properly disposes of trash and bio‑hazardous materials following established safety protocols.

• Identifies, transports, and disposes of trash, chemicals, and bio‑hazardous materials using proper safety procedures.
• Performs cleaning functions as assigned; properly operates cleaning equipment as designated.
• Recognizes safety hazards and acts accordingly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Must have physical ability to walk, stand, and push trash containers weighing 50 to 100 pounds.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English.
