At Jack Henry, we’re more than a technology company; we’re a force for good in financial services. We’re redefining how community banks and credit unions connect with the people they serve. Our mission is rooted in people-inspired innovation, empowering financial institutions to deliver seamless, secure, and human-centered experiences. We deliver cutting-edge solutions that are paving the way for the next generation of digital banking and payments, but our true impact begins with our associates.

If you're ready to help transform an industry and grow with a company that values purpose, collaboration, and excellence, then we’d love to meet you.

We’re seeking a highly skilled, relationship‑driven professional to serve as a key liaison between our technical teams and the business units they support within the Digital Workplace group. In this role, you’ll help translate business needs into actionable technical initiatives, support operational and technology efforts, and guide high‑level strategy and road mapping. You’ll lead project meetings, collaborate with stakeholder groups, and build strong cross‑functional partnerships to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of hands‑on enterprise IT experience and project coordination expertise—comfortable discussing technical details without needing to be a deep technologist. You should be a self‑starter with strong communication skills, familiarity with Microsoft 365, experience in Agile environments, and the ability to connect the big picture with the right experts and resources. This is a unique opportunity to shape how teams collaborate and deliver impactful digital workplace solutions.
