- Assist in writing and maintaining job descriptions that adhere to system-wide standards.
- Provide clear, data-driven guidance on offers and internal promotions.
- Conduct job pricing using established survey data and analyze pay positioning against market benchmarks.
- Manage the compensation inbox, respond to inquiries, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Oversee the maintenance of the Pay Factors market pricing tool, coordinating survey submissions and tracking timelines.
- Monitor wage and hour regulations to ensure compliance and reduce risks.
- Prepare regular reports and handle ad hoc requests related to compensation analysis.
- Conduct periodic audits of HRIS and compensation data for accuracy and integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Four years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation.
- Professional coursework or certification preferred (CCP, SHRM, or HRCI designations).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply compensation principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of market pricing tools and compensation survey processes.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
