Job DescriptionProvide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff. Perform duties such as taking vitals, bathing, dressing, moving patients, changing linens, and other duties as assigned. Obtain information on patient condition as requested by the nursing staff and report any changes in patient condition.
Responsibilities• Take vitals and assist with activities of daily living as directed.
• Support patient comfort and safety; document and communicate changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with patient positioning, mobility, and basic care tasks within scope of practice.
• Maintain clean and safe patient environment; respond to patient needs promptly.
