Supervisor-Clinical Nutrition (Non-Exempt)

This registered and licensed Dietitian will manage co‑workers and processes, use EPIC, represent the department at clinical meetings, and audit medical records for adherence to nutrition standards of care and regulatory requirements. All duties consistent with Mercy mission, values, and Service Standards.

• Manage co‑workers and related processes.
• Use EPIC superuser or attain EPIC competency.
• Represent the department at clinical meetings.
• Audit medical records for adherence to nutrition standards of care and regulatory requirements.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Human Nutrition, or related field.
• Licensure: Registered and Licensed Dietitian.
• Experience: Five years experience as a dietitian.
• Certifications: AND, ASPEN, AADDE, CNSD, CDE Pediatric, or Renal certification.
• Other Skills & Knowledge: Leadership, read & write, EPIC superuser or attain that level, excellent verbal & written communication, adequate visual & auditory skills to provide patient care, ability to stand for long periods and walk long distances, proficiency with EMR and nutrition software.
• Preferred Education: Master’s degree.
• Preferred Certification: Advanced level practice certification.
