Job Summary:

Provides in‑home personal care services and other designated health‑related services according to written and/or verbal directions prepared by registered professional personnel.

• Completion of Home Health Aide competency test required before hire.
• Completion of Home Health Aide basic skills test required within 90 days of hire.

• Six months of paid experience as an agency caregiver required.

• Follow directions and perform duties with minimum supervision.
• Sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.
• Provide reliable transportation as required by nature of position.

• MO CNA License OR MO CMT License OR MO CMA License OR as of 1/1/2022 grandfathered with an Accredited Nurse Aide Certification required.
• Active BLS must be obtained within 90 days.
