Your role will involve employing various techniques such as counseling, psychotherapy, and psychological testing to address clients' psychological concerns.

In this position, you will provide individual, group, and family counseling in diverse settings, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop tailored treatment plans. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals and contribute to a supportive environment that fosters growth and healing.

This position offers….

  • Competitive Salary: A salary range of 93, per year, plus up to $12,000 in annual incentives (FC and Autism Psychologist); 97, Training Director and LP supervisor without the incentive .

  • Sign-On Bonus - A $5,000 sign-on bonus for new hires.

  • Retention Bonus - A $5,000 retention bonus after one year of employment.

  • Clinical Supervision Compensation: Up to $7,800 per year or more for the procurement of clinical/licensure supervision (optional)

  • Relocation Allowance - A relocation allowance for the right candidate (amount negotiable based on distance and circumstances).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, family, and practical counseling to meet client needs and treatment goals.

• Complete intake/screening and comprehensive assessments within designated time frames .

• Determine and document diagnoses based on assessments.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Participate in clinical staffing and treatment meetings, providing feedback on cases.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure authorized services are approved.

• Document all services provided in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Assist clients through the transition process and complete necessary correspondence.
