Schedule:
Friday • Saturday • Sunday • Monday 11 pm – 7 am
Starting Wage: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour
Responsibilities- Advocate of Empathy:
Create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments. - Patient Observer:
Discover residents’ interests, collaborate on engagement plans, and implement strategies with patience. - Master of the Mise en Scène:
Set the stage for daily experiences, from preparing dining rooms to guiding residents through nightly routines. - Life Partner:
Partner with residents from wake to sleep, supporting all facets of daily life. - Document Resident Care:
Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and changes in condition. - Assist Orientation:
Support orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude who loves residents.
- Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
- Active stance: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
- Criminally cleared.
