Job Description

The Pharmacy System 340B Technician is proficient with wholesaler ordering systems, inventory management, and contract compliance. This position supports the 340B Coordinator and Purchasing staff by maintaining accumulators, crosswalk builds, and performing recurring data‑related duties to support the 340B program. The technician assists with training and education of pharmacy personnel, ensuring compliance with rules, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required);
    Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (preferred)
  • At least 3 years of related experience (required)
  • Working knowledge of generic/brand medication names
  • Excellent math, organization, and prioritization skills
  • High level of courtesy and communication skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, Recall, and wholesaler software programs
Licensure / Certification / Registration
  • Must be certified as a Pharmacy Technician through a nationally accredited pharmacy organization (required)
  • Registered with the Missouri State Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacy technician or application in process upon hire; registration must be obtained within 90 days of hire (required)
