Job Summary: This Physical Therapist (PT) will provide care to adult patients across various settings, including IP Rehab, SNF, acute care, and outpatient surgery. Following physician orders, the PT is responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing treatment plans that focus on prevention, management of conditions, and rehabilitation. Treatments aim to return patients to normal movement and functioning through therapeutic exercise, modality use, activity, and education, improving mobility, relieving pain, and increasing strength.

Essential responsibilities include:

• Assess and develop treatment plans for patients ranging from young adult through geriatric populations.
• Float to all units for coverage as required.
• Complete all Hip and Knee Replacement Program curriculum and annual education modules.
• Specialty team support for wound care and lymphedema as applicable.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program (Required);
  Masters or Doctorate from an accredited program of Physical Therapy (Preferred).
• Experience: At least 5 years of related experience (Required).
• Skills: Good clinical expertise; strong communication, human relations, and organizational skills; self‑motivated and able to work independently; demonstrated interest in professional growth through continuing education.
• Licensure: Active Missouri licensure for Physical Therapy (Required); BLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
