The Assemblies of God Credit Union (AGCU) is seeking a Vice President, Commercial Lender who is ready to move forward with their career in an established, growing and thriving organization.

AGCU is a not-for-profit Credit Union serving the Assemblies of God community locally, regionally, nationally and worldwide. • Develop and manage a high-performing commercial lending team within AGCU's framework.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business members, engage and support them, and help them achieve their goals.
• Assess and approve or structure complex loan transactions in alignment with risk and regulatory standards.
• Stay current with state and federal lending regulations and ensure compliance across lending activities.
• Balance multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring nothing is overlooked and timelines are met.

• At least 6 years of credit union or banking experience in the commercial lending field; prior lending experience of a few years.
• Experience reviewing complex loan transactions and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of applicable regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain business relationships and contribute to organizational goals beyond profitability.
• Strong values alignment with a mission-driven organization and a commitment to ethical standards.
