This is a full-time, on-site position based in Springfield, MO, for a Universal Banker. The Universal Banker plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing daily banking transactions, and assisting clients with opening accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing deposits, withdrawals, and payments, providing comprehensive customer service, assisting with loan applications, and promoting bank products and services to meet customer needs.

The individual will ensure compliance with banking regulations while contributing to the overall success of the branch.

Including but not limited to:

• Proficiency in managing Deposits, withdrawals, and related banking transactions
• Strong Customer Service skills to offer a positive and professional client experience
• Experience with Cash Handling to ensure accurate transaction processing
• Excellent Communication skills for providing clear and effective client interactions
• Experience with opening and maintaining accounts, ensuring compliance with required documentation and disclosures.
• Experience with assessing customer needs and cross-selling, referring appropriate bank products and services such as checking and savings accounts, credit cards, online banking, and mobile banking.
• Basic understanding of financial services and regulatory compliance
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or business is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet customer needs
