• Perform financial analysis and risk ratings on commercial loan requests
• Support loan committee preparation through credit reviews and documentation analysis
• Ensure loans meet internal policy and regulatory compliance standards
• Communicate with lenders to resolve documentation or credit concerns
• Monitor portfolio performance, risk classifications, and policy exceptions
• Participate in credit committee and department meetings
• Assist with portfolio reporting, audits, and special projects

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in credit or financial analysis preferred (internships count!)
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills
