Job Description
The Tech is responsible for maintaining vehicle titles and license compliance.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS- Responsible for vehicle licensing within the company.
- Responsible for obtaining vehicle titles on all new and purchased vehicles.
- Maintain and organize a database of vehicle titles including proper titling for vehicles transferred between states.
- Maintain a database of renewals, renewal dates, fee information, etc.
- Maintain and organize store and vehicle files.
- Perform various administrative tasks for the department.
- All other duties as assigned.
Required:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects with critical deadlines simultaneously
Desired:
- Previous experience in an office setting, vehicle licensing
- 2 years’ experience in accounting or finance
- Stand: 1-2 hrs
- Walk: 1-2 hrs
- Sit: 7-8 hrs
- Bend/Stoop: 1-2 hrs
- Reach above shoulder level: 1-2 hrs
- Pushing/Pulling: 1-2 hrs

Team Lift - Lift up to 10 pounds: 1-2 hrs
- Lift 11 to 25 pounds: 1-2 hrs
- Lift 26-40 pounds: 1-2 hrs
- Lift 41-60 pounds: 1-2 hrs
- Lift 61 and over or awkward items:
Team Lift - Repetitive motion of simple/light grasping: 5-6 hrs
- Repetitive motion of firm/strong grasping: 1-2 hrs
- Repetitive motion fine dexterity (i.e. keyboarding): 7-8 hrs
