As the Guest Experience Lead, your day-to-day responsibilities will include actively engaging with guests to enhance their overall experience. You will oversee guest interactions, ensuring high standards of customer service are met while addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Collaboration with team members and volunteers is key, as you will coordinate daily activities, facilitate and support training for both team members and new volunteers, and share best practices to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
You will also evaluate educational programs to ensure their effectiveness and relevance, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Additionally, your role involves facilitating and supporting events and special programs, ensuring they run smoothly and exceed guest expectations. You will play a vital role in supporting the volunteer Docent program, offering guidance and resources to empower Docents in delivering outstanding educational experiences. Monitoring exhibit areas for cleanliness and safety remains crucial, as does providing feedback and suggestions to improve guest services.
