Our Mission

Johnny Morris' Wonders of Wildlife National Museum & Aquarium is a 1.5‑million‑gallon Aquarium Adventure and immersive Wildlife Galleries, celebrating conservationists and wildlife education. Accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) and recognized as "America's Best Aquarium" by USA TODAY.

Responsibilities
  • Engage guests to enhance their overall experience and address inquiries promptly.
  • Oversee guest interactions, ensuring high standards of customer service at all times.
  • Coordinate daily activities and support training for team members and volunteers.
  • Evaluate educational programs for effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Facilitate events and special programs, ensuring they run smoothly and exceed expectations.
  • Support the volunteer Docent program by guiding and providing resources.
  • Monitor exhibit areas for cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere embodying integrity, excellence, and abundance.

Salary
