As a Telecom Construction Manager, you will support various telecom engineering projects throughout the country and work on challenging projects to develop and expand your telecom understanding.

Department: Telecom

Location: Springfield MO

• Management of Wireless communication projects
• Plan set development including details, site plans, structural steel, electrical and fiber optic.
• Prepare Project Bid documents, review bids from General contractors, coordinate subcontractors and supervise work on site.
• Serve as main point of contact, reporting progress, and resolving issues with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Manage project data files from various sources.
• Be proactive and responsive in effectively communicating with colleagues and clients, both in-person and virtually.
• Be available to travel up to 200 miles on way.
• Be able to stay overnight.

• 3-6 years of experience in Telecom Construction Management
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with document editing software.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings; ability to think 3‑dimensionally.
• Must be able to work independently with the ability to accomplish multiple tasks, with competing priorities.
• Be a professional, creative, team‑focused individual that works well with others in a team environment.
