A manufacturing company located in Springfield, Missouri is looking for a Welding Engineer responsible for developing and improving manufacturing weld processes and tooling for existing products. The ideal candidate will lead continuous improvement initiatives for both manual and robotic welding applications, develop training materials, and have at least 8 years of relevant experience. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, and knowledge of AWS standards is preferred.
