Role DescriptionThe Graduate Program Coordinator will oversee the daily administration and coordination of graduate programs, fostering a smooth and effective experience for students and faculty. Responsibilities include managing program logistics, providing support to graduate students, facilitating communication between departments, and assisting with program development and implementation. This is an on-site, full-time role located in Columbia, MO.
Qualifications- Strong Program Management and Program Development skills to oversee and improve graduate programs.
- Effective Communication skills to engage with students, faculty, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Customer Service to assist and support the needs of graduate students.
- Experience with Project Management to organize and execute program-related initiatives efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in an academic environment.
- Proficiency in relevant office software and systems.
- Bachelor's degree required; a Master’s degree or experience in higher education administration is a plus.
