  Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, providing additional support where needed to ensure all students thrive academically and socially/emotionally.

• Assessment:
  Monitor and assess student growth in skills, participation, and content-area standards using developmentally appropriate performance-based assessments.

• Special Programming:
  Prepare and maintain instructional materials, equipment, and learning environments for Music, PE, or Art; support school events and performances; and collaborate to promote student creativity, wellness, and school wide enrichment.
• Recruitment:
  Engage in student recruitment efforts by sharing Friendly Academy’s vision with prospective families and contributing to a strong, inclusive school community.
